Hello, i bought this game from legit key shop, and i thought i would get polish language also. But it's so stupid that I cannot change it even if games is available on steam in polish (but olny if i buy it on steam steam store). Can I somehow rebuy it or make to display polish? I can't buy it on steam store because I already own ultimate.

You could back up your Fallout - Voices1.bsa, change the language setting of the game to another language in Steam and then restore the Fallout - Voices1.bsa and setting it to never auto-update again, but the entire UI will be in another language too, absolutely everything. Yeah, but this engine was made for a time when language options in a game literally meant different CDs. There are a few of these on Steam too, these are the ones where you change the language and suddenly it redownloads the entire game again. Fallout 3/Oblivion/New Vegas are similar, only they just download one huge language file.
