Load Wii Games off of SD card Mod!Link 1: Usb Loader GX SD:

Loading Free Games into USB. Screenshot from Andrew Demma on YouTube. You first need to have a USB hard drive and SD card ready and a WinRar or 7-zip for unzipping the game files. Some of the sites you can get free Wii, and Wii U games from are ROMs Games, Nintendo Life, and Vimm’s Lair.

WiiBackupmanager is a software for pc that transfers your wii games, you don't need a folder for it on your sd card. Or you can put your wbfs game files on SD:/wbfs/*here create a new folder with the game's name*, do this for all the games.
Prep Your SD Card . You'll need to get the homebrew files onto your Nintendo Wii U. To do that, you'll need an SD card reader. If your computer doesn't have one, you can get an adapter on Amazon for less than $10. There are two paths you can take with the homebrew process.
Unfortunately, this means you would need to keep two flash drives: one for Wii games, and a second for GC games. For GC games via Nintendont, simply change the format to FAT32 with 32kB clusters. Then, instead of a wbfs folder, create a folder named games. Each game must have a file name of game.iso.
3. Navigate to the file (s) you want to transfer. Locate the folder that contains the file you want to transfer and tap the folder to open it. Folders that have an icon that resembles an SD card in the upper-left corner are already stored on the SD card. 4. Tap and hold the file you want to transfer.
Edit: remember to use a classic wii controller (aka without motion plus inside) because this kind of controller won't work on some wii homebrew apps necessary to install usb loader gx like cios installer Also some of the cios installer setting might be different in a virtual wii but all it takes is a Google search to know how to install it
Be sure to remove the .zip from the end before extracting. Burn the ISO to the DVD. Put the DVD into the game disc slot. Launch "the homebrew channel installer" on the Disc Channel. The installer should now run. The system will reboot when it is finished, and the homebrew channel should be installed.
Step 4. Insert the SD card. Open the Wii system messages and browse to yesterday’s messages. The LetterBomb icon should show up. Click it with the Wii remote pointer. The Wii will install
