So now that I have 2 nearly identical '95 LWB's it's interesting to see the differences between the original Air suspension on the one I bought, and the converted suspension on the one I had. The air suspension is neat (and the gal JUST had a new EAS computer put in less

The air suspension is very straightforward but some of the components need to be treated as service items eg the bags themselves and the ride height sensors probably should be changed every 5 yrs to ensure reliability. The bags can be bought for £63.80 + vat each and the sensors are about £26 each. D.

That's a warning for the Land Rover techs to put things back to normal before they toss the keys back to the owner. Jul 1, 2022. #3.

The dealer is able to reset height but it will be expensive and the suspension will be even more "unfirm" cos the bags will have less air in them then.

From a main dealer (apolgies for inclusion of Belgian TVA (VAT)) A new compressor is ANR3731 @ €509.85 inc tax at 21% (637.03 USD, 365.46 GBP) A refurbished compressor is ANR3731E @ €309.66 inc tax at 21% (371.68 USD, 213.18 GBP) All are OEM 4. I have changed the 2 rear bags, the compressor and valves, and both height sensors. I think it keeps lowering when it adjusts after the ignition is switched off.
LR220 France said: C1A20-64 Pressure increases too slow when filling Reservoir. And a few warnings on the dash (L322) rebuild compressor, don’t forget to do the drier as well. Sounds like you asked it to go down, which it did. But then couldn’t pump up after. You may have a leaky bag, but you need to get some air first.
this video shows how to replace the suspension compressor air pump on a Land Rover Discovery 3 / LR3. LR023964. See below link for how to remove the compress

Land Rover vehicles are known for off-road superiority, luxury, and style. Unfortunately, it is not all plain sailing and many Land Rover Discovery 3’s have been plagued by air suspension faults, airbag struts leak, and suspensions dropping to the bump stops, often leaving owners stranded and with high repair bills.
