Aside from disabling the sleep simulation, I have wanted to have this, myself. Because, if you have a sleeper truck, you could just pull off into some quiet area, park up, and sleep there, out of the way. I fully support this idea, and I would love to see it made.

How do i sleep / rest ? So im finding it hard to sleep on the game. I pull up in a sleeping / resting spot and i turn of the engine but nothing happens is there a key i need to press to fall asleep or rest ?? In the game you never go home, you are always with the truck, so that's why 9 hours are enough. In real life however, you go home and when you go home you need at least 12 hours to shower, eat, play with your kids and other personal things besides sleeping. I have a mod that lets you sleep 12 hours, if you desire.

i dont know if it is in every country like this but since 1.1.2022 is it forbidden to sleep in the cabin of the truck. the reason why the EU made that law is to make the working conditions for truck drivers better.
